A highly accomplished lawyer, Roger has been practicing law since 2000. His practice involves business and construction litigation, labor and employment cases, as well as personal injury matters.
Roger grew up in Southern California and received his bachelor’s degree from UCLA. After earning a law degree from Loyola Law School, he worked for two highly respected litigation firms in the Los Angeles area, honing his skills as an effective litigator and trial lawyer. Thereafter, he developed additional expertise in personal injury litigation and labor law.
Some of Roger’s more notable matters include a dispute involving a $54 million dollar waste treatment facility in the Inland Empire. He represented the general contractor in a dispute with a trade sub-contractor. The case involved several years of litigation and resulted in a significant settlement in favor of the general contractor.
He also assisted a general contractor in a trial involving change orders and contract interpretation that resulted in a judgment and an award of attorney’s fees for the client.
