Know your rights! Has your employer treated you unfairly?
What constitutes an unlawful termination?
Wrongful termination is a broad term that refers to any improper and illegal termination of an employee by an employer. This can include terminating an employee for a discriminatory reason (ie., race, gender, disability), or it can include retaliating against the employee for something that he/she did (filing a work comp claim or a complaint about harassment).
California law is highly favorable to employees when it comes to wrongful termination. If you think you’re employer has broken the law, call us.
