Biography

For the past 25 years, Joseph has been fighting for the “underdog” and loves telling his clients’ stories in a way that best advocates their case.

After a decade of experience with the big firms, Joseph started his own practice to focus on representing everyday working people. Now, he exclusively represents employees in their claims for wrongful termination, discrimination, harassment (including sexual harassment), retaliation, whistleblower status, wage and benefits, breach of contract, and other employment-related claims.
