Joseph Huprich is a California employment attorney focused exclusively on representing employees in complex workplace disputes throughout California. Before founding Huprich Law Firm, PC, Joseph practiced at both a prominent national litigation firm and an Am Law 100 employment defense firm, where he represented employers in high-exposure employment matters. That experience provides him with practical insight into how companies evaluate risk, defend employment claims, and approach litigation strategy, allowing him to position cases effectively from the outset.

Joseph has represented employees across a broad range of industries and professional levels, including executives, healthcare professionals, sales employees, corporate managers, and hourly workers. Originally from the Midwest, Joseph served in the military during the Gulf War before beginning his legal career. Outside the practice of law, he enjoys tennis and spending time with family in Los Cabos.
